Case 21-023 were three objects of highly variable brightness observed and recorded on video by two witnesses in Douglas, Isle of Man. They chased the objects in a car until they were no longer visible. Since we were unable to confirm that the objects were moving with the wind, we can’t conclude that they were balloons, although the movement is not anomalous and is consistent with balloons. Furthermore, assuming they remained near where they were when they last disappeared, they would have to be very large. Birds were also considered as a possible explanation. although the identification wasn’t clear.
