Synopsis: According to the witness, on the morning of 02 June 1975, he was adducted by two aliens while riding his bicycle near Janesville, Wisconsin.

Evidence Submitted: Five photos of alleged wounds inflicted by aliens.

Initial Action: This UFO case was opened as a CE5, an abducted witness that suffers from physical and psychological injuries.

Investigation and Findings: After a four-month investigation and several interviews with the witness, the was riding along a trail and saw an unidentified metallic cylinder craft standing upright with tripod landing gear. The craft also had a giant parabolic rectangular radar dish that was slowly rotating. When the witness approached the craft, he saw two aliens. The two aliens, however, did not look like the grays typically seen during a close encounter. According to the witness, these aliens looked similar to the creatures Travis Walton described years later in his abduction. The aliens, according to the witness, are described as “wrinkly light brown in color with very thin arms and legs and eyes that were a little bigger than the average humans but separated much farther on the face. They also had a very small mouth”. When the witness stopped to observe the craft and the two aliens, the witness claims “time” appeared to have stopped and that he “froze and could not move”.  At this point, one of the aliens saw the witness. The witness was then startled by a car horn and when he looked to his left he saw his mother in her car along the road. His mother said she was worried because he had been gone for over 8 hours, although only minutes had passed for the witness. Investigator Note: Initial cooperation with the witness provided additional information to this investigation; however, at times the witness would not participate in the investigation for several months – claiming he had been abducted by aliens, which accounted for his absence. As of early October 2012, the witness no longer responded to the investigators inquiries and the case was closed as unresolved.

Object Details: Case closed as unresolved.

Synopsis: In the late 1970s, at approximately 0630 hours, the witness of this investigation saw a large UFO hovering over the neighbor’s home. According to the witness, the UFO was a silver saucer with three large white lights, two smaller amber lights, and was completely silent. The silver saucer then flew straight up into the sky “very fast” until it was no longer in sight.

Evidence Submitted: A sketch of the UFO.

Initial Action: This UFO investigation was opened as an FB1, a fly-by of a UFO that traveled in a straight line across the sky.

Investigation and Findings: Although the witness of this investigation was deemed credible, there was not enough information to shape the investigation. The investigators conducted several open source checks to corroborate the witness’ story. These checks including various UFO databases, astronomical data, weather analysis, military activity reports, and NASA reports. The investigation, however, was closed as unresolved/unidentified.

Synopsis: On 14 Apr 09, at 2000 hours, the witness claimed to have seen a red and white glowing orb about the size of a small aircraft 600 meters in the sky.  The witness stated the night sky was clear and there was nothing else in the sky.  The witness further claimed the object was stationary, changed in size from small to large and back to small.  The witness, moreover, stated the object made no sound.  The witness claimed the event lasted about 15 minutes ending with the object flying upward in a flash leaving a thin streak of light.

Evidence Submitted: A photo of the UFO.

Initial Action: This UFO case was opened as an MA1 – A visual sighting of a UFO that travels in a discontinuous trajectory, such as loops, quick turns, or vast changes in altitude. Initial report indicated a possible natural phenomena such meteor or ball lighting.

Investigation and Findings: The investigators contacted the witness of this investigation and learned the date of the event was in 2009 and not 2012, as initially reported by the witness. The witness, moreover, was confused about the weather observed the night of the sighting and could not recall if the night was clear or not. Historical weather research for the date, location, and time conflicted with the witness’ account. The investigation was closed due to witness credibility and inconsistent reporting from the witness.

Synopsis: On 27 March 01, at 0300 hours, the witness of this investigation was standing near the bedroom window and observed a disk-shaped UFO hovering over a neighbor’s house across the street. The witness ran outside to get a better look but the UFO was no longer in sight. According to the witness, the UFO had many green and red lights, which gave it the appearance of a Christmas tree.

Evidence Submitted: A Sketch of the UFO.

Initial Action: This UFO investigation was opened as an AN1 – an anomaly that left no lasting physical effects, such as lights in the sky and similar phenomena.

Investigation and Findings:  The investigators interviewed the witness of this investigation, who was found to be sincere and truthful. According to the witness, the UFO had windows that were bright green and red, a blue strobe, and a blue-white spotlight pointed at the neighbor’s home. Although the investigation could not determine what the object was, the green and red lights could have been associated with FAA navigation lights and the blue strobe could have been a collision light. Additionally, several indices checks on open-source websites, in particular MUFON/NUFORC, provided no information regarding this sighting. However, because the sighting took place nearly 12 years ago, the investigators could not find relevant information (UFO reporting data, weather, military activity reports, NASA reports, etc.) to identify the object. The investigation was closed as unresolved and unidentified.

Object Details: Unidentified.

Synopsis: On 21 Aug 11, at approximately 1730 hours, the witness of this investigation was driving home from work and spotted a solid black object hovering in the sky. The unidentified object, according to the witness, must have been 500 feet up in the sky. The witness watched the unidentified object hover stationary for at least 30 seconds. The witness, however, turned away for a brief moment only to notice the unidentified object was gone.

Evidence Submitted: A computer-rendered sketch of the UFO.

Initial Action: This UFO investigation was opened as an FB1, a fly-by of a UFO that traveled in a straight line across the sky.

Investigation and Findings:  The investigator interviewed the witness of this investigation and was found to be sincere and truthful. However, several indices checks on open-source websites, in particular MUFON/NUFORC, provided no information regarding this sighting. The investigator, moreover, could not find relevant information (UFO reporting data, weather, military activity reports, defense contractor activities, NASA or other space flight activities, etc.) to identify the object. The investigation, therefore, was closed as unresolved and unidentified.

Synopsis: In late July of 1999, at approximately 0330 hours, the witness of this investigation was camping on a hilltop near Buffalo, Missouri (Ozark Mountains). While keeping warm around the campfire, the witness saw an disk-shaped glowing UFO “fire orange” in color. The UFO, according to the witness, was silent and hovered in the area for 45 minutes. The UFO moved slowly from East to West until it was no longer in sight.

Evidence Submitted: A sketch of the UFO.

Initial Action: This UFO investigation was opened as an FB1, a fly-by of a UFO that traveled in a straight line across the sky.

Investigation and Findings:  The investigators interviewed the witness of this investigation and it is the opinion of the lead investigator the witness was sincere and credible. Several indices checks on open-source websites, in particular MUFON/NUFORC, provided some information that showed similarities with this UFO sighting. However, because the sighting took place nearly 13 years ago at a remote location, the investigators could not find a sufficient amount of relevant information to identify the object. The investigation, therefore, was subsequently closed as unresolved and unidentified.

Synopsis: In 1953, the exact day or month unknown, the witness of this investigation saw a large silver flying disk while living in Rhodesia, Africa. The witness admitted the event occurred over 60 years ago but could still remember the event vividly.

Evidence Submitted: A sketch of the UFO.

Initial Action: This UFO investigation was opened as an FB1, a fly-by of a UFO that traveled in a straight line across the sky.

Investigation and Findings: The investigators interviewed the witness of this investigation, who was deemed credible. The witness, moreover, is a lawyer and author of many novels. According to the witness, while outside the local Post Office in Salisbury, a silver disk-shaped UFO was seen hovering over the city. The UFO hovered for about five minutes and then “shot straight up into the air” until it was no longer in sight. The investigators contacted the local newspaper The Herald in Zimbabwe in hopes of retrieving archived reports to corroborate the witness’ testimony. However, the newspaper editor could not provide any information because the civil war resulted in the destruction of the newspaper’s archives. Because the sighting took place nearly 55 years ago at a remote country, the investigators could not find a sufficient amount of relevant information to identify the object. The investigation, therefore, was closed as unresolved/unidentified.

Synopsis: The witness of this investigation contacted API alleging to have been abducted by extraterrestrials; experiencing three and a half minutes of missing time; and suffering from bruising and marks on the leg. Other physical complaints were ringing in the witness’ ears and mysterious blood stains on the sheets that were discovered upon waking up from sleep. According to the witness, moreover, an ultrasound was completed on the bruised area. The findings, allegedly, revealed an unknown mass under the bruised area and tendons having been cut and removed as if surgery had been conducted.

Evidence Submitted: Photos of scars and an image of an ultrasound.

Initial Action: This UFO case was opened as a CE5, an abducted witness that suffers from physical and psychological injuries. The initial research indicated the witness is associated with many UFO conspiracy groups and dedicating a website to the subject as well as other social media.

Investigation and Findings: After reporting the case to several UFO organizations, the witness was contacted by MUFON in November 2010 where they believed a hypnotic regression session was warranted. The witness, however, failed to follow up for the indicated sessions due to personal issues. Nevertheless, the witness continued to speak openly and publicly about the experience – even presenting at a several UFO conferences but always had reservations about doing a hypnotic regression session. During this investigation, the investigators interviewed the witness on three separate occasions, which revealed no new information relevant to the MUFON case. Although no physical proof to substantiate the claims was provided it is of the lead investigator’s opinion the witness was experiencing a high degree of pareidolia and anxiety; and a hoax could not be ruled out either. However, all investigative efforts were exhausted and the case was closed as unresolved. (Investigator Note: several interviews with the witness concluded he was sincere and truthful).

Object Details: Abduction claims unresolved; Object in the leg remains unidentified.

Synopsis: On 12 May 12, at 2130 hours, an infrared camera took a photo of a UFO near Grimsby, UK. The UFO was captured on a Forscam infrared webcam mounted on the roof of the witness’ home.

Evidence Submitted: Infrared video footage of the UFO.

Initial Action: This UFO investigation was opened as an AN1 – an anomaly that left no lasting physical effects, such as lights in the sky and similar phenomena. A preliminary analysis of the photo indicated the UFO was more than likely an insect captured on the webcam.

Investigation and Findings: The investigators conducted multiple interviews with the witness of this investigation. The investigators, moreover, conducted open source research for orb related activity in the Grimsby, UK, which resulted in finding an abundant number of photos and videos of orb activity in England. However, no explanation, other than Chinese lanterns, for these sightings were given. The investigators, therefore, attempted to shape the investigation towards an optic or perhaps an insect as the culprit. According to research, most orbs are typically circular artifacts that occur in flash photography—sometimes with trails indicating motion. Orb artifacts are captured during low-light instances where the camera’s flash is used, such as at night. Moreover, purple fringing (sometimes called PF) is the term for an out-of-focus purple or magenta “ghost” image on a photograph. This defect is generally most visible as a coloring and lightening of dark edges adjacent to bright areas of broad-spectrum illumination, such as daylight or various types of gas discharge lamps. The investigators however could not conclude the orb was a result of PF. The investigators, therefore, contacted the UK Royal Entomology Society to determine if they could identify the object as a possible insect. It was the opinion of the Royal Entomology Society that the orb could not have been a known insect. The investigative process was exhausted and the investigation was closed as unidentified.

Synopsis: On or about July 29th, 2011, while vacationing at a condominium with his family in Ocean City, MD, the witness awoke from a very realistic dream to find a blue-colored furry “troll-looking creature” crouched down beside his bed looking at him. When he fully awoke, at approximately 8am, he went to the bathroom.  At this point, he looked down at his left arm and found an oddly shaped metallic object partially imbedded in his arm.  The witness extracted the object easily and determined to have it analyzed, so he put it in a zip-lock bag and placed the bag on the bedroom counter, placing his wallet over the baggie.  The next day, he went to examine the object and found it was missing and that the edge of the baggie was “burned out” at one corner. (Investigator note: Witness claims he is a lifelong contactee and has observed UFOs  and/or other aerial phenomena his entire life).

Evidence Submitted: Sketch of extraterrestrial entity and the Ziploc bag the alleged extraterrestrial implant was stored in.

Initial Action: This UFO case was opened as a CE5 – abducted witness whom suffers from physical or psychological injuries.

Investigation and Findings: The investigators traveled to Timonium, MD and interviewed the witness of this investigation. During the interview, and subsequent email communication, the witness could not recall the exact date the event took place. This uncertainty made it difficult for the investigators to gather exacting facts for the investigation, i.e., weather conditions, data on other reported sightings in the area during the time-frame, etc.  Nonetheless, the Lead Investigator checked other sightings reported in the Ocean City area during the mid-July to early August 2011 period and could find nothing correlating.  Lead Investigator also checked information on other types of reported Alien Implants and found nothing correlating to the witness’s description of the artifact found in his arm.  The Lead Investigator also telephonically interviewed witness’s father, a medical doctor, who was present at the vacation condominium during this incident.  The father states that he felt his son merely had a very realistic dream; that the artifact found in his son’s arm was actually a mundane metal sliver shaving overlooked until the morning of the reported incident. The Lead Investigator asked the father if he felt his son was prone to lie or exaggerate and the Father said no.  Rather, his son is mistaking a dream with reality.  Lastly, forensics of the Ziploc bag, including standard luminol testing and burn replication, did not find any traces of blood or a chemical residue that would explain the burned hole on the bag.
