Per Jeff Knox, these photos have been attributed to Lee Elder of Mesa, Arizona. They have been identified s a tethered balloon.
We received these three photographs in 2013 via e-mail. Unfortunately, we were not able to establish a chain of custody, but we are told they are from 1972. If these look familiar to you, please contact us and perhaps we can nail down the source. We have seen similar photographs before, so we are not ready to jump to any conclusions about what they are.
