You can contact us via telephone or encrypted Protonmail

We have a voicemail line available. This might be particularly useful for sightings in progress. Just call 301-615-0474 in the US. Our international dialing prefix is 011. If we can’t call back right away, just leave a voicemail and we will call you back as soon as possible – in many cases within minutes. We will not use this recording of your voice on our podcast or any other public materials without your express permission.

Unless things are evolving in real time, we prefer you use our contact form, or our sighting report form if you need to report a new sighting.

If you prefer to send us an encrypted e-mail, we have an account on protonmail.com with user name: reportaufo.

You can use whatever e-mail account you are comfortable with to contact us, but Protonmail has apps available for both iOS and Android, and a basic account is free if you wish to give it a try.

Our YouTube Channel

We’ve decided to get our YouTube channel going in earnest.  We’re going to put a log of our visually oriented case material there, as well as training and public education material. Right now, there isn’t much, but we’ll be building it up and improving the channel over the next few months. We’ll also be improving the artwork and overall feel. The more long form content that doesn’t require anything visual will remain on the podcast.

We hope you’ll hit the subscribe button so you’ll be notified about new content as we add it.

New for 2018 – Full Reports of Investigation (ROI)

Starting with this calendar year, we will publish our Reports of Investigation on this site, redacted of any possible witness Personally Identifying Information (PII). The data in these reports are not the story – often there is much more in the way of photos, videos, and detailed analysis.  Interested parties can contact us for full resolution photos and other details.

Witness PII will NOT be released without witness permission, and only to those persons of verified identity with whom we have an agreement on investigatory ethics.  Contact us if you need to discuss this.

Witness Privacy protection

Protecting witness privacy and anonymity is very important to us. We want anyone to be able to file a report with confidence that their identify will not become public.

So, let’s sum up the policy:

  • We don’t make witness names or contact information public.
  • We are careful not reveal ancillary information that may help someone to identify the witness
  • In all our published Reports of Investigation, witness Personal Identifying Information (PII) is expunged.
  • We will not use the witness’ voice in the podcast without their permission.

If you have any questions about this, you can use our contact form to ask it.
